In the context of the consolidation of ROSA and APRO regional offices and the new strategy under development for UNICEF's engagement with the Singapore market, this consultancy will support the mapping and research of stakeholders for opportunities in the public and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) pillars, landscape analysis of funding and influencing with a focus on supporting match funding opportunities opportunities across acr Climate, Digital, Emergency and other key pillars of APRO's priorities with donors. The consultant will also strengthen donor cy and other key pillars of APRO's priorities with donors. The consultant will also strengthen intelligence, donor communication and advocacy briefings, knowledge management and fundraising support across APRO Public Partnerships. The position will support effective donor engagement, donor intelligence, match-funding identification, analysis, and coordination across Country Offices, Area Offices, National Committees and relevant headquarters divisions to support delivery of partnership commitments and future resource mobilization opportunities, including existing and new public-private partnerships
