As the sustainability lead for Laguna Resort & Hotels, you will steer the local implementation of the global Banyan Group strategy across multiple properties in Phuket. This role balances highlevel strategic oversight with handson site management, requiring you to lead a dedicated team in driving decarbonization, waste reduction, and biodiversity initiatives while ensuring rigorous monthly data collection. You will bridge the gap between corporate vision and ontheground impact, managing critical ESG disclosures for the Stock Exchange of Thailand and fostering deep community relationships. By localizing the Brand for Good campaign, you ensure that regenerative tourism translates into tangible social and environmental outcomes within one of Asia’s most iconic resort destinations. This suits someone who is a bilingual leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality ESG, capable of managing complex stakeholder networks and technical reporting requirements simultaneously.
