Junior ESG Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about ESG and sustainability to grow their expertise while contributing to impactful projects.Job Summary As a Junior ESG Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the team with in-depth research, strategy development, and report writing. Your work will directly contribute to building ESG strategies for clients, helping them achieve their sustainability goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis • Conduct comprehensive research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, both locally and globally. • Analyze industry benchmarks, sustainability performance metrics, and ESG standards. • Gather and synthesize data from diverse sources to support strategic recommendations. Strategy Development • Assist in developing ESG strategies and roadmaps for clients, aligned with their business objectives and industry requirements. • Support in identifying opportunities for improvement in clients' sustainability practices. • Collaborate with team members to create actionable plans for achieving ESG goals. Report Writing • Prepare detailed ESG reports, including assessments, performance evaluations, and recommendations, following Thai and international standards. • Support the development of sustainability disclosures and compliance documents. • Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials for internal and client-facing purposes. Team Support • Work closely with senior consultants and other team members on various ESG projects. • Provide administrative and organizational support for project planning and execution. • Contribute to the creation of presentations and materials for client meetings and workshops. QualificationsEducational Background • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Skills and Experience • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality reports and documents. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) is preferred but not required.
