Master Data, Licensing & ESG Specialist

About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Master Data & Licensing Specialist who enjoys working with systems, business data, and process improvements. You will support key business operations across the Group, including master data management, licensing, ESG reporting, and ERP administration within our Thailand Shared Services Center. Key responsibilities • Create, maintain, and update master data records in the ERP system, including customer master data, vendor master data, material and product master data, pricing and commercial data, and cost centers and related business information • Maintain critical master data attributes such as material types, units of measure, standard costs and pricing, vendor and customer information, and organizational and cost center assignments • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across business functions • Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies • Generate and maintain software license keys for on-premises customers and SaaS customers • Process licensing requests related to new customer sales, additional user licenses, product upgrades and extensions, and subscription modifications and renewals • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure timely license delivery • Collect, validate, and consolidate ESG data from multiple departments and support ESG reporting requirements and sustainability initiatives • Maintain master data governance standards and data policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures, controls, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and system enhancement projects, and participate in master data conversion activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations About you • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Business Information Systems, Sustainability, Compliance, Finance, or a related field • Experience working with data management, business operations, or administrative processes • Strong interest in working with data and business systems • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and validation • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., proALPHA, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar) is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Process-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality • Good written and spoken English is required About us We are an international software group operating across multiple countries and serving thousands of customers worldwide.
