Job Summary
Support SCGP's sustainability strategy by managing and analyzing ESG data, conducting ESG assessments, and monitoring sustainability risks and opportunities. Contribute to ESG planning, ratings, regulatory monitoring, and stakeholder reporting to strengthen SCGP's sustainability performance.
Job Description
• Collect, consolidate, and manage ESG data for ESG assessments, ratings, reporting, and stakeholder requirements.
• Analyze ESG performance and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
• Prepare ESG performance reports and communicate relevant insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support ESG ratings and assessments to strengthen corporate sustainability performance and provide relevant information for investors.
• Support the development of ESG strategy, Medium-Term Plans (MTP), and Annual Plans (AP).
• Conduct gap assessments against internal and external ESG requirements and monitor progress on improvement actions.
• Monitor relevant sustainability laws, regulations, and emerging requirements, and assess their potential impact on the company.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to collect information and drive ESG initiatives.
• Support communication of ESG performance and progress to stakeholders, including customers, business partners, communities, and other relevant parties.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 0–3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, operations, business development, or related fields.
• Experience or knowledge in data management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge or strong interest in ESG, sustainability assessment, ESG ratings, or sustainability reporting is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze information, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550).
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok).
