Sustainability Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION • Drive and implement corporate ESG projects in alignment with strategic goals and policies. • Gather and verify ESG data across business units to compile annual sustainability disclosures following standard frameworks. • Evaluate project progress and report performance metrics to ensure target KPIs are met. • Oversee operations to maintain compliance with corporate policies and Good Corporate Governance principles. • Source training programs and organize PR activities to embed ESG knowledge and sustainability culture among employees. • Provide ESG guidance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices across business functions. • Facilitate ESG-related meetings, including preparing agendas, coordination, and drafting minutes. JOB SPECIFICATION • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Governance, or a related field. • 3–5 years of direct experience in corporate ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, or corporate governance. • Strong knowledge of sustainability disclosures and standards. • Solid analytical skills with experience in ESG data collection, verification, and KPI tracking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead workshops, internal PR, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
