Othello International · Bangkok (on-site) · Full-time Thailand's listed companies are about to be scored by the world's rating agencies on the disclosures they publish — in English, in public, against methodologies most have never been measured on. From FY2026, SET50 companies must report under IFRS S1/S2, the SET now publishes FTSE Russell ESG Scores, and the bar set by S&P Global's CSA keeps rising. We help them get it right. We're looking for a senior practitioner who understands how these ratings actually score a company — not in theory, but indicator by indicator — and who can move fluently between a Thai sustainability team and an English-reading analyst. What you'll do • Lead disclosure-readiness diagnostics against FTSE Russell ESG, IFRS S1/S2 (ISSB), TCFD and S&P Global CSA / DJ Best-in-Class frameworks • Map client gaps at the indicator level, including the TPI Management Quality staircase and sector-material metrics (financed emissions/PCAF, embodied carbon, Scope 3 Cat. 11, PUE) • Translate findings into a prioritised roadmap the client's team can actually deliver before their filing cut-off • Guide bilingual disclosure drafting so terminology stays precise and analyst-readable across Thai and English • Advise on the 56-1 One Report sustainability sections and the ISSB phase-in timeline What you bring • 5+ years in ESG/sustainability advisory, corporate disclosure, or ratings — ideally with SET-listed clients • Working command of IFRS S1/S2, FTSE Russell, DJSI/S&P CSA, GHG Protocol and TCFD • Native/fluent Thai — able to read Thai source documents — plus professional written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable; the role lives between both languages daily • The judgement to tell a client which gaps are worth closing and which aren't • Relevant credentials (IFRS S2, GRI, SBTi, GHG accounting) are a strong plus Why Othello An ISO 17100 / ISO 27001-certified disclosure and ESG advisory firm working with marquee Thai listed groups.
