Funding for susatainable agri project by renting the house

Due to limitations in terms of finances, time, and labor to oragnise the sustainable agriculture by 1 woman, I also need funding to invest in infrastructure of the garden susch as solar cell and water bank. I have a vacant house approximately 60 sq.m. with 2 rooms, 2 rest rooms, and 1 kitchen that can be rent for people who interested to peacefully stay in the rural Eastern of Thailand and connected to the tropical nature.
