Environmental Specialist Date: 10 Sept 2026 Location: Chonburi, Sriracha (ชลบุรี), Thailand, 20230 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Environmental Operational Control 1. Environmental Operational Control & Compliance • Translate corporate environmental policies into practical operational controls for refinery, petrochemical, and power plant operations. • Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable environmental laws, permits, and standards related to air emissions, wastewater, and industrial waste. • Establish and maintain control measures, procedures, and operational limits to prevent environmental non-compliance. 2.Technical Advisory & Operational Support • Provide hands-on technical guidance to operations, engineering, and contractors on environmental control systems and practices. • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of environmental incidents (e.g., emission excursions, wastewater upsets, waste handling issues). • Recommend practical, implementable solutions to improve environmental performance at the operational level. 3. Monitoring, Data Management & Digitalization • Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including air emissions, effluent quality, and waste tracking systems. • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of environmental data to internal teams and regulatory authorities. • Develop and implement digital tools, IT systems, and AI solutions to enhance efficiency in data handling, reporting, document management, and compliance tracking. 4.Proactive Risk Management & Continuous Improvement 5. Project & Change Management (Environmental Perspective) EDUCATION Bachelor’s or higher in: - Environmental Engineering (with Professional Engineering License - Environmental) - OR Environmental Science EXPERIENCE • Prefer 1-3 yrs experience in the related environmental fields. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Certifications (Mandatory) - Licensed Environmental Professional Engineer (if applicable) - 3 Certified Pollution Control Officer: 1. Wastewater Control 2. Air Pollution Control 3.
