Environmental Operational Control & Compliance Translate corporate environmental policies into practical operational controls for refinery, petrochemical, and power plant operations. Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable environmental laws, permits, and standards related to air emissions, wastewater, and industrial waste. Establish and maintain control measures, procedures, and operational limits to prevent environmental non-compliance. 2.Technical Advisory & Operational Support Provide hands-on technical guidance to operations, engineering, and contractors on environmental control systems and practices. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of environmental incidents (e.g., emission excursions, wastewater upsets, waste handling issues). Recommend practical, implementable solutions to improve environmental performance at the operational level. 3. Monitoring, Data Management & Digitalization Oversee environmental monitoring programs, including air emissions, effluent quality, and waste tracking systems. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting of environmental data to internal teams and regulatory authorities. Develop and implement digital tools, IT systems, and AI solutions to enhance efficiency in data handling, reporting, document management, and compliance tracking. 4.Proactive Risk Management & Continuous Improvement 5. Project & Change Management (Environmental Perspective) EDUCATION Bachelor’s or higher in: • Environmental Engineering (with Professional Engineering License - Environmental) • OR Environmental Science EXPERIENCE Prefer 1-3 yrs experience in the related environmental fields. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Certifications (Mandatory) • Licensed Environmental Professional Engineer (if applicable) • 3 Certified Pollution Control Officer: 1. Wastewater Control 2. Air Pollution Control 3. Industrial Waste Management
