Supply Chain Admin (ESG) (Chinese Speaking) - 3 Months Contract

📢 We’re Hiring: Supply Chain Admin (Chinese Speaking) - Supplier ESG Project | 3-Month Contract STARS Microelectronics is looking for someone to support our Supply Chain team in collecting and following up on ESG information from suppliers. New graduates are welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Contact suppliers and follow up on ESG self-assessment forms. • Check submitted information and supporting documents. • Follow up on missing information and required corrective actions. • Collect supplier ESG, carbon footprint, and Scope 3 data. • Update supplier records in the company system and prepare status reports. • Communicate with suppliers in Chinese, English, and Thai. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduates from other fields are also welcome if they have the required language skills. • Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Thai. • Able to use Microsoft Excel and enter data accurately. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. • Available to work on a 3-month contract. Department: Supply Chain Working days: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
