We advise SET-listed companies, financial institutions and international organisations on greenhouse gas accounting and carbon footprinting (TGO CFO/CFP, ISO 14064), climate and sustainability disclosure (IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, 56-1 One Report), FTSE Russell and ESG-ratings readiness, EPD, and assurance readiness — alongside ISO 17100-certified technical translation and interpretation. The role We are seeking an ESG Consultant with two to three years' hands-on experience to deliver carbon footprint and sustainability-disclosure work for our clients under the direction of the Climate & Carbon Lead. You will collect and analyse client data, calculate greenhouse gas inventories, prepare TGO CFO/CFP documentation for verification, and draft sections of clients' 56-1 One Reports and sustainability reports in Thai and English. You will work alongside senior consultants who will review your work and develop you towards leading engagements yourself. This is a delivery role for someone who has already worked on real carbon footprint or disclosure projects — not a graduate or internship position. Key responsibilities Carbon footprint and GHG inventory • Collect, check and organise activity data from clients (fuel, electricity, refrigerants, transport, waste, purchased goods) and maintain the data-collection templates • Calculate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions using TGO 2026 emission factors and the GHG Protocol / ISO 14064-1 framework, with clear documentation of sources and assumptions • Prepare TGO CFO and CFP submission documents and support the verification process, including responses to verifier questions and corrective-action requests Climate and sustainability disclosure • Draft assigned sections of 56-1 One Reports and sustainability reports against GRI, IFRS S2 / TCFD and SET requirements, in Thai and English, for senior review • Support FTSE Russell and ESG-ratings gap analyses: map client evidence against indicators and prepare findings tables • Research regulatory and standards updates (TGO, SET, ISSB, GRI) and summarise them for the team and for clients Client delivery • Join client meetings, workshops and site visits; take minutes, track actions and follow up on data requests • Prepare presentation materials, calculation workbooks and deliverables to the firm's quality standard (SOP-CFO-001) and bilingual review workflow • Support the firm's training classes on CFO/CFP and disclosure Qualifications • Thai national, currently based in Bangkok (applications from outside Thailand cannot be considered) • Two to three years' hands-on experience in carbon footprint / GHG accounting or sustainability reporting — in a consultancy, verification body, or an in-house sustainability team — with direct involvement in at least one TGO CFO or CFP engagement or one published sustainability / 56-1 One Report ESG section • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Energy, Climate or a related discipline • Working knowledge of GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1, and familiarity with GRI Standards; TGO Climate Action Academy CFO/CFP training is a strong advantage • Native-level Thai and strong professional English, written and spoken — TOEIC 700 or above (or equivalent); you will draft in both languages • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail with numbers, units and sources • Organised, reliable and keen to grow into a senior consulting role What we offer • A structured path from consultant to senior consultant, with direct coaching from the Climate & Carbon Lead • TGO Climate Action Academy training and other technical courses paid by the firm, and support towards TGO consultant registration • Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience, group health insurance, Social Security and statutory benefits
