ESG Manager

Responsibility: - Lead and enhance corporate governance frameworks, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice standards. - Serve as the primary advisor to the Board and management on governance, compliance, regulatory, and ESG-related matters. - Manage Board and committee governance processes, including agenda planning, board materials, resolutions, and meeting minutes. - Develop and execute sustainability and ESG strategies, driving initiatives aligned with Net Zero, Carbon Neutrality, Circular Economy, and business objectives. - Oversee ESG reporting, disclosures, and regulatory compliance in accordance with recognized sustainability frameworks and evolving requirements. - Monitor governance and ESG performance, risks, and emerging trends, recommending initiatives to strengthen transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation. - Foster strong relationships with regulators, investors, communities, and key stakeholders while leading CSR and stakeholder engagement programs that deliver measurable impact. Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related field. - 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Governance, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Company Secretarial functions. - Experience working with listed companies or multinational organizations. - Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; governance/ESG certification is a plus.
